As Founder and CEO of Renovate America, he scaled the company to $130 million in annual revenue and $42 million in EBITDA, providing over $3 billion in loans to more than 150,000 homeowners. Recognized as one of Glassdoor's top-rated CEOs, he also received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016. From 2019 to 2023, JP led Ando, Inc., the first sustainable bank funding green loans through FDIC-insured accounts.
