Jon is the Chief Financial Officer at Premiums for the Planet and a true leader in systems change. He also serves as an Innovation Manager at CLEER, where he leads the development of a Thermal Energy Network.

With over 20 years of experience in strategy and leadership, Jon, a lifelong Coloradoan, has co-founded ventures such as Fiberforge and Hypercar Inc., and successfully guided mission-driven local nonprofits. He holds a master’s and PhD in mechanical engineering from MIT and is a passionate advocate for social and environmental justice in all his work.

Outside of his efforts to drive financial and environmental impact, Jon enjoys gardening, spending time with his family, and hitting the slopes with his dogs.
